How do I change the curency on invoice? I have set € (Euro) to be my default curency, but when I make a invoice they sum only with $ (USD).

Is it posible ti change this? The best thing would be if we could chose what curency to be default, and an option to use another curency.

I have sent this question tho the Delcampe staff, but no answer yet (only 3 days).

I hope somone have an ansver to me with a solution. I want to serve my byers on a best posible way, witgh I can't now.

hi tobben,

this option is set when you select which auction you sell in e.g.: delcampe.us/international, delcampe.uk/international, etc. each will have it's own currency, which is of course, converted to euros on the international site. there are no other choices to make. hope this helps.

I selected the International only, and the currency was set to USD! But as I have said, it is fixed now.

Hello,

Just a reply to give some explanation to all members... This currency is the one you chose chen registering on the site.

As this is the official accountancy currency, it is not possible to change it by yourself. Only our staff may change it (limited to max. 1 change a year).

Thanks Seb

I must have missed it when registering, or I have thought that I could change it later.

bonjour sebastien,

glad to see you return to the forum. as for this answer, can a seller have multilple sites to sell on or just a combination of only two? and thereby only one currency? it is not a problem as there is a currency converter always availlable for the delcampers to use. un bonne journee a vous.

Hello,

I'm somewhat confused :what::

Until now when I send an invoice, the site automatically convert the final bid (in US$) in Euros, and I have to check the exchange rate to convert my announced in US$ shipping costs...

Is there a way to keep everything in US $ ? to send invoice in US$ ?
That would be great, if so who should I contact to get this configuration changed ?

Thank,
Corinne

bonjour corinne,

why not add a message 'that shipping costs may fluctuate due to currency changes. if you check with me before bidding, a current shipping cost will be sent to you.' i personally don't include shipping costs because i don't where i will be shipping to and how much it will cost if special services are added such as registration or insurance. hope this is a good suggestion. but yours is ok too. take care et un bonne dimanche petite souer.:kiss2::rose:

Hi Bill,

I know, it isn't a big deal to use the converter but
If I can make my check out/invoicing system easier, why not.
and it would make my accounting also much easier.
So if I can get everything in US$ : That would be great.

I also understand that you charge exact costs:
I honestly find it a hassle to prepare items for shipment, check the shipping costs, the paypal costs.... before getting paid.
I believe to be clear, fair & honest with my flat rate announced in listing.

Have a great day,

Corinne
