Has any Seller ever had problems with sending invoices to Buyers with HOTMAIL addresses.
The Invoice I sent contained 7 items, images included, with postage price added, using the Delcampe system.
However, the buyer sent a copy to me of a Delcampe Invoice which contained just one item and image with my full name and address and email address. Needless to say, I received payment for the price of two postcards and not 7.
I had sent several reminders through the delcampe system and received no replies, despite the fact that the invoice returned to me clearly had my email address on it.
Is there a fault with Hotmail users not being able to receive full invoices? I want to give my Buyer the benefit of the doubt but I have a feeling there is something rather dubious about this transaction.
