THIS IS A CURIOS TYPED SMALL LETTER, HANDSIGNED BY THE HONORARY SECRETARY of the HOUSE OF COMMONS saying that Mr. CHURCHILL regrets not to provide his autograph. The letter is sent to Spain, as it is supossed that an spanish gentleman requested previously this autograph. You can check the whole text in the big size photo. The letter has the relief seal of the House of Commons.
